What You Need To Know!
The step by step process.
- Generally, all jobs will start with a brief phone conversation. We want to schedule a free estimate to have time to come out and thoroughly look over your project. We want to make sure the work being done is as close as possible to what the customer has in mind.
- After we come out to look over the job and answer all your questions we will carefully type up an estimate which then will be emailed directly to the customer or if preferred we will drop off a paper copy for review.
- All new jobs will have a detailed estimate outlining all the work to be done. This work will usually be broken down by item numbers so you can carefully review it before even agreeing to the work. Our estimates are usually written up with the following:
- Description of the work that is to be done
- location of where the work is
- Price of each work item being done
- This also makes it easy to plan and budget by being able to review or remove items that are not essential to getting done at the time. Work Items that are in question can be gone over, modified, or deleted by a simple phone call or email with the estimate and item number listed on the customer copy at no extra cost. As long as not stated otherwise on the estimate/contract.
- We try to make it as easy for you to review and if need be change your estimate/contract as it is to view your shopping cart on your favorite retail website prior to going to the checkout.
What to expect when completing the job
- Upon you the customer contact us at your convenience to let us know you accept our estimate and would like to proceed with the work, we will schedule a date that works for you so we can start the work as close to your time and schedule as possible.
- When arriving on the job site you can expect:
One of our crew members to let you know we've arrived and will begin setting for the job and will ask if you have any questions or concerns before starting.
- Afterward, our crew will have a brief work and safety meeting on the job site and come up with the best plan we can think of to reduce job site risks.
- All work is done by following a well-thought-out plan by our trained professionals because the safety of you and your family, the public, our crew members, and your property is always our top priority!
- After the job is complete, the site foreman will try to get a hold of the customer to walk through the job site and let them know how everything went.
- Payments can be taken either at the time the job is complete or within a couple of days of completion of the job. Or if you prefer we can also accept payments online.
- We accept payment by Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, or Bank/Debit Cards.
We care about your property
We can usually bring 4'x8' ground protection mats when needed to lay across the lawn where our trucks and equipment will be driving in order to reduce the chances of leaving tire tracks or ruts in the lawn.

Our tree crews have gone through certified training and tree care academy to learn about arboriculture, tree, and plant care and know how to make proper woodcuts and use specialized ropes, tools, and rigging techniques to remove thousands of pounds of logs and branches safely to the ground that may overhang houses, buildings, or power lines.
Our crews are trained to prune, remove, and plant trees in the safest and most efficient ways possible and do so daily which means no matter how complex your job is our crews have probably pruned or taken down multiple trees safely in the same or worse situations than your tree is currently in. Plus our years of experience and knowledge combined with our daily muscle memory means our crews can get the job done the first time safely, efficiently, and precisely, unlike your local uninsured handyman who probably has never taken down a tree bigger than a Christmas tree.
